Daily Prayer

November 6, 2025

By Orin and Collin,

As a faith and learning community we begin our day.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

God, we thank You for the gift of our lives and for this day.

Today is the feast day of St. Leonard of Noblac. Leonard was a Frankish nobleman who lived in the 6th century. St. Leonard chose a life of simplicity and preaching and is best known for his compassion towards prisoners, helping to release and convert them. On this day, let us remember the life of St. Leonard of Noblac as one of bravery, kindness and many miracles.

As we begin to enter the colder months of the year, we ask that those marginalized by poverty and injustice find shelter and humanitarian aid. May we continue to reflect on our privileges and find gratitude in the small things that often go unnoticed in our lives. Let us continue to remind ourselves to join new organizations, participate in new service opportunities, and take the chance to expand our relationships.

Be present with us as we strive to live our lives guided by gospel values; by the way Jesus would want us to treat one another as we "pursue excellence in all endeavours".We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Blessed Edmund Rice….. Pray for Us.

Live Jesus in our Hearts.…Forever.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
