Clubs & Volunteerism

Vancouver College strives to help develop boys that are well-rounded lifelong learners eager and ready to participate in the real world. Our school provides a broad educational experience beyond the classroom, encouraging our students to be proactive and independent learners.

Each school year, Vancouver College offers more than 30 clubs and numerous volunteer opportunities for students to get involved and discover their passion. Joining a club or volunteering allows students to meet new people, gain leadership skills, increase educational and co-curricular interests and expand their connections within the community.

VOLUNTEERISM

One of our Essential Elements is to "Stand in Solidarity with Those Marginalized by Poverty and Injustice." As part of students’ Religious Studies, they must accomplish a service project and are encouraged to identify an opportunity to impact their communities positively.

In addition to the volunteer opportunities below, many student-wide initiatives occur throughout the school year. Students can take the lead to help fundraise and raise awareness to support charities such as the Covenant House, Missions Sisters of Charity and The Door Is Open.
