The Senior School Robotics team competed in the BC Qualifiers Tournament of First Tech Robotics Challenge, an international robotics competition. The boys have been working on this project since September, and the payoff was great!
VC and the Canadian Armed Forces Seaforth Highlander Regiment joined forces to host the first-ever "Seaforth Wrestling Cup" last weekend. Over 150 athletes from 25 schools competed with VC finishing champions with a score of 188.
The Varsity Basketball team pulled off an impressive victory against the top-ranked Semiahmoo Thunderbirds with a final score of 96-88. This win secured their spot as champions of the 2023 Emerald Tournament! The team's hard work and dedication paid off as they outplayed and outscored their opponents. The team's dynamic offence and solid defence was on full display throughout the tournament.

Congratulations, Varsity basketball team, for winning the BC Catholics Basketball Tournament this weekend against St. Patrick's! The team won against St. John Brebeuf, St. Thomas More, and St. Patrick's!
Junior Varsity Basketball
Congratulations, JV basketball team, for winning the STM Chancellor Tournament against STM 58-45!

Grade 9 Basketball
Congrats to the Grade 9 team for winning the VC Emerald Tournament this weekend. The team defeated Grandview Heights in the championship game 74-67.

Congratulations to our Varsity Basketball for travelling to Edmonton to compete in the REB tournament and returning home with the first-place title! The team played a tough game against the Centennial Coyotes, defeating them 101-84.
