The Devenport Cup
The Devenport Cup is an annual soccer match held on our O'Hagan Field. Alumni are divided into two teams: Team Purple and Team Gold!
Alumni Football Game
The Alumni Football game takes place during Mayfair and is one of the favourite attractions for our fair goers. In the last few years, the game was Team Alumni vs Team Grade 12s! After the game, players can enjoy the fair, catch up and socialize in the beer garden.
Alumni Hockey Game
The Alumni Hockey game is an annual event that brings alumni from different age groups and experience levels. They are divided into two teams (purple and gold). Afterwards, the players can socialize and catch up at a post-game dinner.
The John Dumont Alumni Basketball Tournament
In 2022, the VC Alumni Association renamed the Annual Alumni Basketball Tournament the John Dumont VC Alumni Basketball Tournament in honour of John, who courageously battled a rare form of cancer. The basketball tournament is one of the favourites among alumni and brings together alumni from different decades. The tournament is held in the Alumni Gym. Afterwards, a reception and award ceremony occurs in the Alumni Room.

Homecoming
Homecoming begins with a reunion breakfast and a campus tour before the game. The homecoming game is one of our favourite community-building events where friends, families, students and alumni come together to cheer on our varsity team!
Alumni and Friends Golf Tournament
The Alumni and Friends Golf Tournament brings alumni from various graduation years together. After a day on the golf course, golfers and friends head over for dinner and drinks and are encouraged to bid on our silent auction items. The proceeds raised from the silent auction will be donated to the Blessed Edmund Rice Financial Assitance Fund.

Alumni and Friends Christmas Luncheon
The Alumni and Friends Christmas Luncheon is traditionally held at the Terminal City Club and brings over 160 attendees. The luncheon celebrates leaders in our community and features an inspiring keynote speaker, a live auction and a delicious meal to bring the community together. The proceeds raised from the auction will be donated to the Blessed Edmund Rice Financial Assistance Fund.
